How do I withdraw my funds using crypto?
At Trade Nation we operate a 'return to source' policy. This is to protect against financial crime. This means that crypto withdrawals are only available if you've already funded your account with crypto.
Once you've made a withdrawal request, we need to verify that your Crypto account is associated with your verified identity profile. This step is crucial to confirm your account ownership and to ensure the funds are sent to you and not someone else.
Please follow these steps:
- Log in to the (insert the name of the exchange or wallet) portal.
- Navigate to the "Profile" section.
- Take a screenshot of your Personal Information (name, date of birth, and email address).
- Send the screenshot to us for verification.
We will cross-reference this information with your client profile to confirm your identity and ownership of the wallet.
Secondly, due to regulatory requirements, we need also proof of the deposit you made to Trade Nation, alongside a screenshot of your wallet address.
Once the above is completed, we will send you an OTC form in which you would need to read and sign.
This only needs to be done once. For future withdrawals after this, we would just ask for you to confirm your wallet address upon every withdrawal to ensure your wallet address has not changed and to ensure no loss of funds occur.
